Aduro's mission is to unlock human potential in the workplace. They are giving companies the resources they need to create a new level of human performance through expert coaching, custom well-being programs, and a modern digital platform.
Currently people are facing an increasing number of professional and personal challenges, with only around 32% of employees in the U.S. feeling engaged at work. In order to emotionally connect with the decision makers looking to change their work culture, Aduro needed a compelling brand and digital execution that set them apart from their competition.
Early in the process, our team was able to get to the essence of the Aduro mission through a number of client workshops to expand on their brand attributes and positioning online. The client trust we built from our deep brand understanding enabled us to push the creative direction of our digital design and original illustration.
Using ample white space, bold typography, and key animations allowed us to tell their narrative story while also guiding potential clients through the sales funnel. Interactive elements enable the user to dive deeper and make an emotional connection to the content through progressive disclosure.
We iterated on numerous illustration directions but ended on a warm and friendly style that could create a human connection with users from all backgrounds and experience. Illustration is used throughout brand touch points to complement authentic photography and tell a deeper emotional story.
